Refund Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly dispatched and safely delivered.

Usually, we will arrange your shipment in 2 business days once your payment is cleared. While orders made on the weekends will be processed in the next business day. And it also depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. We can ship products internationally by DHL or EMS.

Please also note that delivery time is approximate and may require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Any problem, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping Charges will be depended on the weight of the items.

Refund Policy:

There are some refund situations below:

1. The shoes you paid are out of stock.

2. Pending shipment after 48 hours you place an order.

3. Other situations please contact us, we will decide whether it can be refund.

Besides, if you are dissatisfied with your order, you can request for a prompt refund or item replacement within 3 days of receipt of package. Refund will be credited in the amount of item prices excluding shipping charges, in the same form as the original payment type.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must  in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of style or size which was mistakenly chosen by purchaser.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you receive your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

And quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection. 

And if your order was damaged in transit, you may need to hold on to the damaged item for inspection by the shipping carrier. 

Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned due to our fault ONLY.

Please allow 2-4 weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
