Q2: Difference between Classic and UA?
A: Classic and UA sneakers are both in good quality, same apperance, very good fitting. Just UA materials is almost same as the authentic, especially the boost.If you want a pair as authentic, UA is suggested.
Q3: Which kinds of payment do we accept?
A: We can only accept payment with Credit Card or Western Union for now, & we will offer you another 15% discount as a reward when you pay with Western Union.
Q4: How do you ship and where do you ship from?
A: We ship by DHL or EMS from Hongkong, China.
Q5: How many days could I get my shoes?
A: Around 5-7 business days by DHL once dispatched, & 2 weeks to one month via EMS. But please remember we need 1-2 days to process your order!
Q6: What does "UA" stand for?
A: “UA” stands for “Unauthorized Authentic”. UA shoes are very similar to the retail authentic shoes but were never officially contracted by these brands. UA shoes are usually made in the same factories, with the same materials, and the same workers that make the official retail pairs.
Q7: If sneaker/apparel NOT be deliveried successfully?
A: If the failed caused by Logistics, we will resend for free very fast.

A: If you are not satisfied with the items you got, Here is the Return reasons we accept:

2. Unqualified items;
If you want to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days upon your receipt and it should be in the same condition as received. Pls do not return anything before our confirmation. Any item return without pre-notice will be rejected.
Q9: What should I do if my payment failed?
A: Usually the payment failed caused by the internet. You can try it again. If it failed again, please call your bank to apply cross-border internet trading services or electronic payment services in Asia.
